Omg. Today had the best experience at the hospital with the lady who did my audiogram. She was super helpful, she fixed all the issues on my hearing aid. She took me for an appointment 15 min earlier, this never happens to me. She is the best, I do not know her name, but that a lady with shorter curly hair. Reception people pretty much haven’t even said bye, while the lady doing audiogram was amazing. I have never received such a great service from an NHS staff. She is brilliant and I can’t thank her enough.

Maybe people welcoming you could have a bit more life in them? Like smile to you and make you feel comfortable when you arriving on your appoitment.

The nurse was a good communicator, and made me feel at ease

Access..a few difficulties due to my wheelchair, especially accessing the testng booth. Covid. Several people were not wearing masks. As someone who has been in isolation for 2 years (clinically extremely vulnerable ) I found the experience lacksidaical and worrying. I should explain that I dialyse thrice weekly at Windsor Unit, and in the first months of Covid we lost 17 of 130 patients to Covid, befoe stringent protection protocols were introduced.

[name removed] was an absolute delight, lovely girl and very patient with me ([name removed]) she put our needs first and foremost and was very thorough , myself ([name removed] ) and my wife ([name removed]) would not hesitate contacting [name removed] if we have any problems in the future... P.s I loved her tiny shoes ,
