Omg. Today had the best experience at the hospital with the lady who did my audiogram. She was super helpful, she fixed all the issues on my hearing aid. She took me for an appointment 15 min earlier, this never happens to me. She is the best, I do not know her name, but that a lady with shorter curly hair. Reception people pretty much haven’t even said bye, while the lady doing audiogram was amazing. I have never received such a great service from an NHS staff. She is brilliant and I can’t thank her enough.

Maybe people welcoming you could have a bit more life in them? Like smile to you and make you feel comfortable when you arriving on your appoitment.
