The physio had a bright, positive approach - I felt there was genuine caring and kindness. I left feeling positive, upbeat and confident about managing my health condition and my future.
(This is in contrast to some other areas of the hospital where I have felt that I have not been "seen" as a person or felt cared for. In those instances I suspect it was due to low staff moral, high staff stress levels and excess workloads).
Although there was a delay in being seen today - approx 20 minutes - it was not much of an issue given that the treatment I received was caring and very good.

Since Nov 2018 all the physios involved with the diagnosis and treatment of my condition have all been very professional. All aspects of my, treatment explained and how important my involvement is!
In this day of computers! am informed by test of any faith coming hospital appointments, why is it not possible when your department receives a referral letter to text, letter received waiting time for an appointment is, followed by the number of weeks.
When you are in pain and looking for the postman to deliver a letter the waiting is torture.
Once my treatment started I can't fault it.
