Since Nov 2018 all the physios involved with the diagnosis and treatment of my condition have all been very professional. All aspects of my, treatment explained and how important my involvement is! In this day of computers! am informed by test of any faith coming hospital appointments, why is it not possible when your department receives a referral letter to text, letter received waiting time for an appointment is, followed by the number of weeks. When you are in pain and looking for the postman to deliver a letter the waiting is torture. Once my treatment started I can't fault it.
