The physio had a bright, positive approach - I felt there was genuine caring and kindness. I left feeling positive, upbeat and confident about managing my health condition and my future. (This is in contrast to some other areas of the hospital where I have felt that I have not been "seen" as a person or felt cared for. In those instances I suspect it was due to low staff moral, high staff stress levels and excess workloads). Although there was a delay in being seen today - approx 20 minutes - it was not much of an issue given that the treatment I received was caring and very good.
