The understanding shown of the different physical needs of the group.
Everyone was great and it was an encouragement being with others who has been through heart procedures. We all understood each other and just a smile could spur one on.

I received excellent care from the moment my 999 call was answered. The 'operator' was very caring in talking me through what I should do and what would happen next.
A&E are gentle and kind when I was feeling a bit shaken up and again explained exactly would be happening and all the nurses, once in the ward were very supportive.
My only criticisms are the bumpy ride - the ambulance and the bumps on the floor in the hospital!!
