* Offered further physio is poor.

My only thing I would like to improve is try to understand how the patient is actually feeling. Yes I know you're doing your job, but a bit of compassion goes a long way. This isn't aimed at anyone in particular.

The staff in Samares ward without exception are kind, sympathetic and blessed with great patience. I was so fortunate to have met such caring people. Some of the tasks they have to perform must take some doing but they just get on with it.
