I received excellent care from the moment my 999 call was answered. The 'operator' was very caring in talking me through what I should do and what would happen next. A&E are gentle and kind when I was feeling a bit shaken up and again explained exactly would be happening and all the nurses, once in the ward were very supportive. My only criticisms are the bumpy ride - the ambulance and the bumps on the floor in the hospital!! Thanks to all concerned.
