[name removed] is the most professional and inspiring physio I've ever met. His encouragement and support during what was a dark time for me is immeasurable and I will be eternally thankful. He gave me the tools and belief in myself that I wasn't disabled for life. My function and independence has improved past any ambitions I had. I now have a catalogue of exercises I can do to keep improving my strength/agility and prevent further injury. Thank you [name removed],

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you did not feel our spiritual understanding was evidenced as we would wish. At NHFT we are supported with wellbeing and pastoral care and all our patients have wellbeing as part of their holistic care plan which is regularly reviewed. All patients wellbeing and spiritual needs are discussed at our Multidisciplinary Team meetings and we are able to refer our patients to appropriate support. I would encourage all patients to raised any concerns with ward staff so that we can support you during your stay with us.

The majority of the staff ae kind and helpful, understanding and sympathetic.
Suggested improvements
1. What to do to let I am not the only patient when taking longer to finish washing and asking for help.
2. Being told this is not the 'Wonderlands' when saying my meal was cold.

In some areas is was hard to understand some of the staff.
