He gave me the tools and belief in myself that I wasn't disabled for life. My function and independence has improved past any ambitions I had. Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you did not feel our spiritual understanding was evidenced as we would wish. At NHFT we are supported with wellbeing and pastoral care and all our patients have wellbeing as part of their holistic care plan which is regularly reviewed. All patients wellbeing and spiritual needs are discussed at our Multidisciplinary Team meetings and we are able to refer our patients to appropriate support. I would encourage all patients to raised any concerns with ward staff so that we can support you during your stay with us.

In some areas is was hard to understand some of the staff.
