Communication by hospital staff extremely poor especially clinicians who were completely disengaged. Where not aware that daughter had collapsed and only paid attention when repeatedly asked to assist. Daughter statswerre O2 sats were 89 with BP 67/40. Pulse of 129. No information was shared. No interest showed even though she had suspended sepsis. J:ust complete indifference. I would suggest a modicum of interest. Clearer comms with patients. Better levels of monitoring that is regular with explanations of treatment. A more engaged level of interest by clinicians. Less time spent with backs yo patients typing or looking at the same screen for hours. Basically better care and a higher degree of professionalism. Comes?need to be accurate. Afult and Paediatric Aans E separate.

We would rather wait and see in pain than go to Hillingdon Hospital A&E (unfortunately we had to go today). However, today it felt like a different hospital! I don’t know what has happened there but please keep this up. My elderly mum was brought in and she was not kept in a corridor waiting to be assessed. She was taken straight to a curtained cubicle. Immediately seen by two doctors. Given IV antibiotics, a saline drip. Bloods taken. The nurses were great and attentive. Saw a great doctor who explained everything. The list goes on. I had packed my usual bag of water, books, got mum a snack etc expecting the usual all day and overnight waiting to see someone and begging for help so mum could go to the loo etc. AND she was taken to a ward and given a bed at 4pm! With a lovely nurse, a doctor (yes, a doctor!) who helped me change the bed and dress mum and ensure she was comfortable, and someone brought her some food. Thank you to all today at Hillingdon Hospital A&E and FAU. I felt it was important to write a good review. Easy to complain but it’s important to recognise care and good practice.

This hospital was excellent could not say more about this place all staff excellent but one stood out for me her name was Krystyna Czyzewska and I want to mention her name. She did not see me take her name down so this will be a surprise to her if she sees this review. Absolutely an amazing nurse she was like an Angel looking after anyones not just me, nothing seem to hinder her she just kept going making sure all patients were fine and comfortable this nurse just did not stop and aways a smile on her face. She was polish but honestly I have to praise this wonderful nurse and thank for everything you done for me in making my time in the stroke unit bearable. and went over and beyond when I was here alone after arriving from Edinburgh to London to get a flight to NY and collapsed into a seizure snd heart attack as well as a stroke. Honestly this nurse was like an ANGEL!!

Doctor Watson and his team was amazing and super efficient and caring. Unfortunately the state of the hospital is horrendous, I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw it. Unbelievable in one of the richest countries and in London to have a hospital in that awful condition

I would like to thank all the staff at Hillingdon Hospital for the excellent help I received today. I had a potential heart issue and was instructed to go to A&E. I was seen very promptly and underwent a series of tests in a short space of time. All the staff were polite, friendly, professional and helpful. It was a pleasure dealing with them. Thanks very much for all your help.

Torn my quad tendon which required surgery and a three day stay at Hillinngdon. From the time I arrived at A&E I was always seen promptly by each respective department, who all communicated clearly about what was happening and what the next stage of the process would be. The staff, although always busy, undertook their respective duties with great care and good humour which made the stay more pleasant. The surgeon Mr Anshul Sobti and his team were absolutely first class and carried out the surgery with great commitment to achieve the best possible results. I cannot overstate how happy I am with the treatment that was received from the considerable number of staff involved in my stay.

My son suffered a severe leg fracture in June 2024, and Mr. Anshul Sobti performed his surgery. I am incredibly grateful to him for his exceptional care from the very beginning. He has been extremely attentive, compassionate, and thorough at every appointment, always providing 100% honesty. Even between appointments, his PA has been amazing—promptly responding to any concerns I’ve had. I would also like to extend my gratitude to Helen and Sarah in the plaster room. They have treated my son with such kindness and care, making him feel truly looked after. They are a credit to Hillingdon Hospital. I cannot thank Dr. Sobti enough for the outstanding care and treatment he has provided for my son.
