Community Services - The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

I am a user of the Hillingdon community health services as I have health care needs 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Because of this service I can remain bc at home. An out of hours service is provided which i am grateful for at times of need. An ‘end of life’ care service is also provided for those housebound and sadly not expected to live naturally. I strongly recommend Hillingdon services

I gave birth to my child at Hillingdon hospital. The staff were amazing . The only negative point is that the toilets and bathroom on the post natal ward are extremely old and run down and should be refurbished. It was rather unpleasant having to use these for the 3 days I was there. Due to this I was desperate to go home.

Excellent response via email and care in the appointment day Phone calls were difficult- not answered

Horrible and confused doctors and staff they dont know how to take decisions

Everything they are very helpful and friendly, very very good and very kind.

Amy and Maria were fab and reassuring. Can never get through to antenatal clinic but the lady in community booking office helped. I have a beautiful baby girl, thanks.

The best duty of care all reflected to the regulations. Number of care forces will definitely be a positive impact.
