Spire Thames Valley Hospital

I would like to formally commend the staff at Spire Thames Valley for the exemplary care I received in connection with my procedure last Friday. From the outset, the pre-assessment team, led by Josephine, were professional, efficient, and reassuring. Throughout my stay, I received outstanding care from Sister Anate, Nurse Sarah, and assistant Raheem, who demonstrated kindness, attentiveness, and a high standard of professionalism both before and after the procedure. The procedure itself was carried out by Mr Jas Kalsi, and I am very grateful for the care provided. I would also like to note that the catering services were of an equally high standard. I wish to thank each and every member of the team for their dedication, compassion, and professionalism. They are a credit to Spire Thames Valley.

From the first appointment with Mr Chana, admission into the Spire hospital for a total hip replacement follow up appointments and discharge, I was very impressed with the professional and caring treatment I received. I cannot recommend highly enough Mr Chana and all the staff, the food, Sally Gardner the great physio and for a successful operation and after care.

From the check-in to the blood tests, admission into hospital, follow ups and discharge. All members of staff were kind, caring and always took time to check that your needs were met. Nobody likes going into hospital which is a traumatic and worrying time, but Spire hospital in Reading made my experience a pleasant one. Thank you to all staff Rita Scott
