Visited several times over a 6 week period with same symptoms - to be told it was viral! Still same symptoms after this period - sent home from work several times - saw my own GP who said I had an infection which had possibly been present since I first started being ill & needed antibiotics as it certainly wasn’t viral & should of been treated much earlier

QR code I was given referred to children but I was there for myself So the responses apply to a single adult consultation I had never used the service myself before and was totally amazed by the high quality service I rang and spoke to a patient and polite operator who explained, for a novice user, clearly and in an empathetic manner.I was given a choice of arrival times and was called in on time. The staff were professional, friendly, efficient, thorough and reassuring. I couldn’t have asked for more Thank you

Liz was really amazing, she take good care of me, and give me more information as possible, thanks to her I felt comfortable and no worried at all, thank you very much

The advanced practitioner that saw me dismissed my previous serious medical problems which were totally relevant. He did not wash his hands when examining me or taking my observations and was rough. I would suggest he learns some hand hygiene basics and to listen to his patients instead of whizzing through them and disregarding what they say as that information is key. When I asked if I was drinking well, I said no but he said well you have a cup of water-I had only had a few sips from this.

I have been here several times and always found the staff very professional and friendly.

From the moment we walked in to fleetwood urgent treatment centre, we were greeted by friendly reception , very helpful when I needed a wheel chair for my father. Excellent treatment from the medical staff all friendly but also professional. It was also very clean We also didn’t have to wait long which was good service as my father is 88
