Shocking Service

I brought my daughter in while we were on a mimi break in Blackpool. We were seen promptly and given medication right there so we could start treatment for a bad ear infection. The doctor was great with us. Very impressed.

My GP gave the referral and on arrival I was treated with total respect by all members of staff. Everything was explained to Mr

- Every procedure I had to go through was needed to get to my diagnosis. Some were painful for me but it was fine.

Great service as always
- All was absolutely fantastic. The only negative thing about my visit is there was a member of staff in the reception area that assisted with the moving of patients in wheelchairs etc and unfortunately his language was very inappropriate especially with children in the waiting area.

The staff are unbelievable so hard working friendly and efficient.
- The big problem is the frequent flyers. There was a girl in a and e just there to be fed. Time we charged for treatment and if no money take ni number and take out of benefits. If genuinely ill refund it. Only need to charge £5 it would stop the time wasters.

She is clinically vulnerable and very elderly and wants to stay in her own home.
- The care for my mum was 5* plus. She is housebound and had been in great pain with what was cellulitis when I arrived to deliver shopping and care for her. Like walking on broken glass! Doctor arrived in 2 hours and was complimentary about her home, courteous and got to the diagnosis quickly after giving her a thorough check up. Such. Wonderful service for the very elderly. Medication delivered by his driver very promptly too! Thank you this service is to be commended!
