Very positive and caring attitude of each of the 3 staff I saw on 3 separate occasions. Helpful receptionist. Pleasant environment and good facilities. A good example of non-emergency care.

Phoned 111 @4pm sat 10.06.23 dr called me @ 17.00 and I had an appointment @7pm by 7.30pm I had been seen by nurse and doctor they diagnosed double chest infection and thrush in mouth and I was walking out with my tablets . Fantastic service can’t recommend highly enough. Thankyou so much it now Tuesday and antibiotics have now started to kick feeling so much better
