Because I have been here for so long 5 months I feel so at home I now we have had highs and low but {} been so good.
- I know I might have said before but {} could make more use of activity room I know you need more staff for this of volunteers like me for instance.

Staff always helpful even though very busy.
- Some conflicting ideas about hospital procedure had to confusion all round.
