Take medication for mental health.

The staff on the 111 call were amazing and couldn’t help me anymore if they tried 10/10 for them but the dr I saw in urgent treatment centre was rude, arrogant, patronising, snappy and disrespectful. Made me feel so uncomfortable and made me feel like I was not welcome. The doctor didn’t want to listen to the reason I was there, started being snappy with one word answers then abruptly said “so what have you come for then, antibiotics?” Hopefully in the future if I even need a doctor I will be able to get an appointment at my own GP as I hope I never have to deal with a doctor like the one on shift who saw me.

The Doctor that saw us was amazing, had patience, caring and extremely knowledgeable, he helped so much, very lovely gentleman with an impeccable bedside manner.

Nothing. Everything went smoothly. Everything explained in a manner that was not rushed at all.

I had tonsillitis

I arrived at the urgent care treatment and there was another patient waiting before me, we waited over half an hour before one of us was called, im not sure if it was handover time but it felt like we was left to wait for a long time when there was nobody being seen before us

I was given an out of hours appointment, however this was or at least seemed pointless as when I arrived in time for my 10pm appointment I was told that , regardless of my appointment time I would be waiting and the time I’d have to wait was unknown! I was seen at 00:05. A&E was quiet, but lots of patients were being sent to urgent care adding to the volume.

There has clearly been a staffing issue, which can happen, but it would make sense that this was passed onto the out of hours team to avoid appointments being given out to an already overstretched department.

Very unclear on the check in process when we arrived. We used the tablet check in system and sat for an hour before realising it wasn’t registering with the desk so ended up with you for longer than required

Utterly brilliant. Was away from home and referred there by 111. Within 4 hours of phoning 111, I had got an appointment at the urgent treatment centre. Been seen by a DOCTOR, had been given preciption and collected medication. Doctor checked BP, temperature, oxygen level and sent sample to lab. Stellar service.

Honestly, it was exceptionally good. How lucky the people of Doncaster are.

The place is a joke sat there for hours and hours with no information to what was happening or how much longer i would be waiting. Urgent treatment!! Laughable. Nothing urgent about the place.

Having a doctor working there would have been a start as one doctor packed up at 6pm and the next dodnt arrive until 7.30 in total i was sat there 7 hours in what world is that acceptable.
