The ACP that saw me (?Alice Brockwell) was a great listener and did everything right, explained it really well to me.

A&E shouldnt have referred round to the UCC as i just got referred straight back then admitted. It was a long waiting time with no indication of when you’d be seen. A lot of screaming poorly babies that didn’t have anywhere quiet to go or toys to play with etc.

Attended an appointment at midnight. Was not waiting too long. Prescription also dispensed by doctor so I could start right away.

I’ve got bad chest pains they haven’t been sorted even though I’ve started taking my medication again I am a alcoholic aswell but I’m not gunner mess about keep going to a&e

Seen a lot quicker,I no your busy and you see a lot of patients do waiting time is long but it could be just a bit quicker

Refered by 111 for an urinary tract infection, going every five minutes and extremely painful. Just needed a prescription for antibiotics, had spoken to pharmacist about my condition because I couldn't get hold of a doctor. Refused to ring me because I don't live in Doncaster. Took until 5pm before my own practice finally rang after four conversations with 111. Call lasted 5 minutes.

Treated an NHS patient when they needed you.

Doctor who I was seen by was lovely and understanding. Had time to listen to what was actually wrong with me.

Waiting time needs something doing with. Over an hour after my appointment was booked for I was seen by the doctor.
