Refered by 111 for an urinary tract infection, going every five minutes and extremely painful. Just needed a prescription for antibiotics, had spoken to pharmacist about my condition because I couldn't get hold of a doctor. Refused to ring me because I don't live in Doncaster. Took until 5pm before my own practice finally rang after four conversations with 111. Call lasted 5 minutes.
