I have asthma

The nurse that I saw was very very helpful an gave me some really helpful advice about my asthma an I was seen an treated within the hour I was extremely anxious as I had no inhaler an had an asthma attack the receptionist even though not medically trained really helped me stay calm until I was seen would highly recommend the urgent centre thanks

I was diagnosed with BPPV and this condition was explained very well to me. My examination was very thorough.

The doctor was very knowledgeable and gave information in a caring way.

Have severe copd and cad.and also chronic back pain. Hypertension.

Nothing. I found the service provided was excellent. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and gave clear and concise information.

Was not relevant

Informing where I was in the queue as my name was just scrawled on a bit of paper. Also why could I not have had a blood test there and then rather than going through the farce of having to book an appointment with my GP to have it done, which would have saved time and valuable resource. Overall it made me more anxious having to arrange my own appointments having to wait a significant time on the telephone.

Also I have osteoarthritis, polymyalgia rheumatica. I don't understand why you are asking me to tell you why I gave my answer.. Answer to what?

Nothing. I was well looked after and everything was explained to me, much better than my own doctors.

I’d had a total hysterectomy the day before and was feeling faint & light headed so I phoned & made an appointment to go in but still waited a hour & half . Then had my blood pressure checked then was sent to A&E apparently to have my bloods taken that had been done the day before leaving hospital. Then sat in A&E five hours had my blood pressure taken then was told to wait in the sitting area for a doctor & never got to see one . Left the A&E around 5.30 am with my elderly parents who had taken me as I couldn’t drive . We left as they said it would be another 3 hours to see a doctor so then we would of been sat 8and half hours . I signed some paper at reception to say I was leaving. The lady apologised I said it’s not your fault other people left to & there wasn’t that many people in A&E when I arrived ,10 maybe . The management want sacking there is no service no care . God help us if that’s what we’re paying for . I will never phone the urgent care again totally pointless for me . I could of gone A&E straight away & still not been seen . Shocking & scary if that’s the best we have . Not fit for purpose . Made me feel like I need to pay for private care and I don’t have much money but that no service is scary

I was seen taken blood pressure but moved onto A&E . I explained I had my bloods taken the day before.

What does this question mean ???? Saw a great doctor he didn’t rush and gave me a all the reassurance and information I needed even after I nearly past out, the waiting room was very busy the staff was very calm and polite Was seen within an hour Got the treatment I needed and feel loads better Many thanks to the NHS keep up the good work

Hard to see anything , would say have more staff on but I suppose you can only cater for the budget you have
