I was extremely pleased with speed of being attended to. The gentleman who examined me was very thorough and amiable as well as being very professional.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The lady on reseption gave me some great information and advice about using the centre in the future and was incredibly kind and friendly. The doctor saw me quickly and was also incredibly kind and helpful. It was one of my best experiences at an urgent treatment center.

Maybe it could be possible to visit the urgent treatment center as a walk in without having to register at a&e however I do understand why this is required and was told how to avoid this step in the future.

The rules and policies you have of being able to send someone home in pain because doctors can not give strong pain relief is barbaric. A person with a bad back being left sat on a chair for 4.5 hours in pain waiting for meds to be able to go home ... again barbaric.

Communication, listen and assist better. Signpost patient to where they can get help if you can't help them. Pharmacy to work in a timely manner 4 hour wait is not acceptable when patients can't go and collect it them themselves.

It seemed that there were people in the waiting room who really didn't need to be there. Maybe that could be addressed. The receptionist was not particularly welcoming. The doctor was calm.

I don’t believe I have a long standing medical condition. Not any that were listed on your list or any that I know of.

After I rang to tell you of my condition I had to wait 7 hours before a healthcare assistant rung me back. I thought nobody was calling me back, I was very worried, I was in a lot of pain.

All good, more seating at woodlands would be nice, but I know it's quite small

I feel my visit was rushed with how busy it was and I feel there was more problems with me but they were overlooked. The doctor who seen me was clearly overworked he was yawning and I felt like he just wanted me to leave.

Not at this time the practice is good the nhs is under a lot of pressure, staff are being overworked and under paid. What else can I say
