I think it would be really helpful, as I came straight from the reception in the Emergency room, obviously struggling with my condition, loads of things going through my head. That the receptionist would have wrote down that I needed to go to the urgent treatment clinic, as at first I wanted to go to the Minor Injuries unit.. My fault I know, but a piece of paper would have helped. Other that I can’t fault my treatment I received.

my appointment time given was over an hour late sat in a waiting room that was over cramped and felt unhygienic. i waited over an hour to be told i needed blood tests and you could not do them there?? to be sent to triage which is where i should have been send in the first place as i am currently pregnant.

sent me to the correct place, have people that can take blood tests with it being an urgent care unit? manage time bettter

I went in expecting the GP to tell me exactly what my GO had said a week previously. Instead he listened to me and my symptoms, and because of this, I was admitted and into surgery the same day. The GP I saw was at tentative, caring and quick with getting the correct treatment.

Don’t have dinner breaks when the waiting room is full of emergency treatment patients leaving one doctor/nurse to deal with everyone!! Shocking!!

Overall great access and facility.

Don’t make patients feel like they shouldn’t be there. I was referred after an assessment from 111. The first thing you are asked by the doctor is what brings you to urgent care today. 111 they brought me here. It didn’t help when I already felt very unwell. I better salutation would go a long way.

If people have bin made appointments stick to there appointment times it’s not fair
