Staff were very approachable and I wad treated with dignity and respect.

I was unable to get my treatment until the following day as there were no chemist open at the time of my appointment even though I had contacted 111 first thing that morning. So try and reduce waiting times for call back.

The self check in booths are a waste of time as they did not help or provide the right information for my condition. I then had to queue to register and obtain treatment. This delayed my treated owing to the queue of people waiting to be seen who refused to use the booths as they knew they were not fit for purpose. People prefer to talk to people not technology. The NHS is grossly under funded and needs more staff. The day in question I was seen and treated in 1 hours

Doctor was more bothered about my blood pressure and temperature than resolving my infection which was nothing to do with blood pressure etc.
made me feel bad because I was high temperature etc … I had an infection so of course this was going to happen
