The self check in booths are a waste of time as they did not help or provide the right information for my condition. I then had to queue to register and obtain treatment. This delayed my treated owing to the queue of people waiting to be seen who refused to use the booths as they knew they were not fit for purpose. People prefer to talk to people not technology. The NHS is grossly under funded and needs more staff. The day in question I was seen and treated in 1 hours
