Because it was the first time I had used this department and found it very good.

When we did eventually got seen to the staff were lovely but it was the waiting

Waiting time was abysmal we had an a appointments at 9 o’clock at night and was waiting for 3 hours because people were being sent up from A&E this I don’t understand why have appointments if your not going to keep to the time if we rooked in 3 hours late would we still have an appointment

Doctor was by himself working an over crowded waiting room . The waiting time was 4 hours . I take my hat off to this doctor , he was under pressure but kept his head and continued on with what he had to deal with . Is this really what our nhs is becoming . Your staff are clearly over worked . Then you wonder why no one wants to do the jobs . You need to cut the wages of the CEO’s and pen pushers and put it back into your brilliant staff . That get no appreciation what so ever . They stand on the front line day in day out and for what !!

Sack the CEO’s and put the money back into our nhs . Your staff are overworked and dropping like flies. When will you open your eyes and see what you are doing to these wonderful people.

I do not have any of the above conditions

Just the transition between this and A&E - thought I was going straight for blood tests but had to start from the very beginning. In hindsight I should have gone straight to A&E.

I was the longest patient to be seen, I was waiting 7 and half hour, I had to find child care, which is hard enough itself, to then majority but not all staff act as if they didn’t want to be there, I appreciate the NHS is understaffed but they still have a duty of care, to keep their patients updated, looked after and made to feel safe.

- Update regularly - Give time scales (even rough ideas) - Have private room to be able to talk to the triage nurse without everyone listening and watching - Make people feel welcome
