The service and care was excellent what is lacking is nothing to do with the service but additionally there should be easy access to a pharmacy to collect out of hours prescriptions

Amazing service. I was seen within half an hour. The healthcare called Kayleigh was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. The doctor called April was magnificent and made sure I got the right care I needed.

I came to urgent care three times within a few says with cellulitis. I did not wait too long each time and the medical staff who dealt with me were very kind and efficient, especially Sarah the nurse prescriber I saw the second time who went out of her way to ensure I got intravenous antibiotics from A&E in the most timely way possible on what was an extremely busy and understaffed night for A&E staff.

The third time I came I had phoned 111 resulting in n appointment at midnight yet I was not seen until 1am. This was the longest I had to wait.

Although the department was very busy and my appointment was 10.15 I only had to wait about an hour to be seen by a doctor who was a very nice lady and quite sympathetic

I personally was quite satisfied it’s the service

Perhaps it little faster service, I had an appointment and was seen about 2 hrs 15 minutes later. Your pharmacist would not take my prescription and I’d been really poorly from early morning and it was after 7 in the evening and I had to drive round a strange area for me and find one open.

Received call back within an hour and was seen promptly. Test came back inconclusive but was still given medication as precaution. No further tests given.
