I was not happy with doctor service

My 9 months son checked in consult room 3 around 20:15 hrs on 21/09/2023 in Urgent treatment centre with watever doctor name I even did not ask as her poor performace and lack of knowledge that how to treat with patient. I went to day before with another doctor who had skills that how to deal with infant but with consult room no 3 doctor who has not that skill and she barely speak with patient and I felt like she scares of infant. If she does not know how to handle patient in critical situation then for me she needs more training or if she is doing this knowingly then this is discrimination and such kind of doctor is not acceptable for public hospital. Please relative department get in touch with her and feeding back.

The nurse and doctor who saw me we're very pleasant and I felt overall it was a susseful visit.

There was abit of rubbish from other people left on seats in the waiting area but that's not really up to the staff to clear. Maybe just remind people to be more respectful by clearing their rubbish. A sign maybe could be put up.

The doctor I saw was absolutely lovely!

I know these places are busy but I had an appointment and wasn’t seen until an hour after the appointment, feeling unwell this was hard.

I believe as a man with General Anxiety Disorder it’s important to understand that for people like me we need a little extra comfort and explaining to help ease our minds.

My doctor was fantastic so nothing could have been done better

I had an appointment at 9pm and got seen at 11.30pm. I was told by the receptionist that they were behind and that there would be a bit of a wait. I didn’t expect it to take this long. There wasn’t that many people in the waiting room but only three or four patients seemed to be seen every hour.

We arrived earlier than our appointment time as my mum,s health deteriorated & we had been awaiting a call back from 111 for 10 hours. As soon as the receptionist saw how unwell my mum was, she was taken into a side room and seen quickly. We were very grateful for this as it was very busy.

The 111ccall should have been returned much quicker but that wasn't your fault.
