Everyone were polite and helpful. Although waiting time was longer than the hour on notice board was quite prepared to wait.

As far as I was concerned everything was fine. As stated earlier the waiting time was longer than notice board said. Also I think there were a few children there that should have been seen earlier and not had to wait.

When I visited the "doctor" I saw was horrendous to be honest . I was shouted in after been sat in the waiting room for over 40 minutes . The doctor had no one in with her as I even heard the receptionist and two gentlemen behind the counter saying how she was say with no one and they didn't know why it was taking her so long between patients it was 25 minutes between a lady coming out and me going in . I finally got in told her the problem where she then googled trapped nerve in shoulder and proceded to ask me the questions on 111 online . After this she googled medication for trapped nerve in shoulder . Offered me naproxin even tho I said I had a kidney infection and on antibiotics and the naproxin can affect that . To be told it will be fine. Go bye . I felt shocked and got no help really

No long standing health condition. I had covid which had developed into inflamation in my lungs. Antibiotics and advice if my condition progressed further was provided.

I was happy with the service i recieved.

Son was misdiagnosed & sent away with no treatment. He had Strep A & got much much worse within 12 hours.
