The service was good
I was treated with respect but felt like I was wasting their time
I have asthma
It was a good environment very friendly staff
You where all super sweet!
I visited the urgent care 1 week after having my little boy with some very worrying symptoms. Was then fobbed off with antibiotics for a ‘suspected UTI’ with no symptoms of a UTI even the doctor himself said this to me. when in actual fact it was my stitches from birth that was infected and I ended up back in hospital admitted for IV antibiotics as I almost ended up with sepsis and and infection into my blood.
I am feeling ok
Everything was ok
Went in with a foot issue, took 2 hours to be seen, people that arrived after me got seen before me. Expressed as sych on the reception, got told i was a liar and got shouted at by receptionist and after i was eventually seen i got told there's nothing they could do despite being told to come by the same day service phone line ajd the obvious swelling and the limited movement
The GP made a thorough examination and referred be back to A&E.
A&E assessed condition, discussed their findings with an ophthalmology consultant, who after a thorough examination, ncluding blood tests reassured me and made a referral to the emergency ophthalmology clinic.
The sister in the clinic rang me the next day and made an appointment for me the following day.
I have been referred to a physician and I have an appointment for an MRI.
My family based in other areas if the country are finding it difficult to believe that level of care still exists.
Thank you
