While the care I received was excellent I wasn’t kept up to date on what was happening. I had to keep asking someone.
Suggested improvements
Keep patient informed as much as possible. That would go a long way when you have been sat waiting for more than 4 hours.

Very long winded, phone d at 12.04 dinner time , had 3 phone calls before they got me an appointment at 12.30am 22 and a half hours later. When I arrived for my appointment, I was then told there would be another hour and a half to wait before I could be seen.
Suggested improvements
Stick to appointment times or phone to advise of the delay. If I was late they probably would have told me I had missed my appointment. Not happy at all

Dr was very efficient and listened to everything I had to say. Was given an arrival time and only had to wait for one hour despite the busy waiting room :)
