Very long winded, phone d at 12.04 dinner time , had 3 phone calls before they got me an appointment at 12.30am 22 and a half hours later. When I arrived for my appointment, I was then told there would be another hour and a half to wait before I could be seen.

Stick to appointment times or phone to advise of the delay. If I was late they probably would have told me I had missed my appointment. Not happy at all
