I only had a telephone consultation prior to going to the urgent treatment center, to deal with a chest infection/ and was on a course of antibiotics which was about to end, and still feeling very ill & I needed a further corse of antibiotics, plus it was a week end so not being able to see a doctor until the following Monday. I was told that a further corse could not be given over the phone/ and that I had to see a doctor to be examined. Before any further medication could be prescribed. I was very grateful for the care that I received at the treatment center. The doctor that I saw was one of the nicest people that I have been fortunate to meet, and I am very thankful.

The only complaint would be the waiting time, I had a 9-15pm appointment, but it was 10-40 before I could see the doctor. But I was still grateful for the appointment.

Had an appointment at midnight only to be told on arrival there was a 3 hour wait. Patient unable to sit in busy room in middle of night for 3 hours so was taken home.

If appointment made stick roughly to time , having rung 111 about 7.30 pm we might has well have sat in a&e from then and hopefully seen someone sooner.

I can't fault how I was treated. It was so busy but still I was looked after well, staff were very polite and considerate

I was told I had an appointment at 8:30pm, when I arrived at 8:15, I was told I would need to wait 3 hours for an appointment.

Appointments should be kept.

I have NHL and other conditions not listed, at all times I was asked if I understood everything that was being explained

I thought my visit to the department was excellent in every way and have nothing to suggest that could have made it better

Attended with constant high blood pressure

Not scheduled as many apps during staff breaks, caused unnecessary backlog

Some of the stuffs aren’t caring . And the waiting time is too much
