Had ear drum op but it's not worked still getting I factions earing bad
Treatment was amazing and very informative
However I need to mention that I went to goole urgent health first and they were extremely rude and refused to treat me saying they closed at 8pm when I arrived at 7.40pm the person who spoke to me at the door was not very nice and said common sense says don’t turn up at 7.40pm however why show online your open till 8pm.
The doctor was very efficient.
I suffer with Chronic pancreatitis, and was discharged on Friday, but I’ve had another flare up of pain, I arrived at 1:15 for my appointment and wasn’t seen till 3:30, I was in a lot of pain, when seeing the nurse/doctors she explained she would go to a&e but no one in a&e would take my case and the doctor/nurse tried 6 people and not one we’re willing to help the doctor/nurse who was trying to help someone who clearly was in pain
Very good
The nurses that saw me was very helpful
Thank you
Gail and a colleague looked after me. A thorough assessment and sent me to the right place to be fixed. Couldn’t ask for more!
I have attended this service several times within the last month for pyelonephritis. Each and every time the GPS/Nurse Practitioners did everything that they could to ensure that my treatment was handled appropriately. They contacted the surgical team and urology team and managed to get me an appointment at ESAC, or seen by the surgeons in A&E. as I have had a urine culture sent off, and multiple antibiotics have been ineffective, they contacted the on call biochemist for advice as per the results of my cultures.
The doctor on duty was the most kindest understanding doctor
He had time to listen and explain what problem I’ve got what the treatment should and would do
He was a credit to the NHS during this difficult time
