I was sent to the wrong treatment center and the person who drove me there had to go to work, so I was unable to get to DRI. I asked if the center was the one at DRI and was told it was the one at Bennethorpe. The person before me was also sent to the wrong center.

I am suffering an acute onset of sciatica for the first time. This is extremely painful for me, I was waiting for 30minutes after my appointment time which resulted in me being in so much pain I almost felt in shock by the time I was seen by the nurse. He was reluctant to prescribe anything strong for pain relief, although I believe it is the right thing for this condition it was not the right thing for me at the time being in so much pain, I clearly needed something stronger or different treatment.

Reduce the wait time or at least be transparent about the length of time people are expected to wait after their actual given appointment. It would have been better to have been consulted more thoroughly on my symptoms.

Only ran 10 minutes pass my appointment time, but the doctor was very apologetic and didn't rush the appointment.
