The doctor that saw me helped me lots and listened to me!! Could not thank him enough. He gave me his opinion and answered every question I had.

Just the waiting , however I know not much can be done about this.

I was supposed to have a xray because I was suffering from bad chest infection and really bad tonsillitis I could barely breath 3 still not sen I went out side for bit of fresh air this guy came out urinated right in front of me so I said excuse me he then started giving abuse I gave it back best I could a nurse their an watched so I went home an I will never step foot in that hospital again

Have more respect for real patients not just alcoholics an smack heads cause they are not patients

Excellent service with kind and caring staff. The department was well sign-posted and easy to find. The procedure was explained in detail and time given to ask questions.

I can't think of anything else that could have been done better!

I have autism ADHD and fibromyalgia

Times on waiting for a call back from doctor as after being told it would be within 2hours it was five hour later to be called which we was already in a+e by that time

I had a cyst on my ear which had become infected badly

The lady who rang me to book me in was disgusting … made me extremely upset and the manor she spoke in was unprofessional and extremely disrespectful such as “ do you want this appointment or what then” after suffering from a infection in my cyst on my ear she was extremely rude and if possible I would like to put a formal complaint in

I've been told I've got mild anixty and struggle with certain situations. Also have mild depression.

I don't think you could have done anything better. Staff were amazing and very kind and generous. They made me feel at ease. Keep up the amazing work and keep smiling as it can make a huge difference to a patient

I was totally disregarded my the out of hours GP. I’ve been struggling with hypermemsis for 10 weeks I went for some more treatment because the current anti sickness I was on is not working. I was told I need some tough love and that if I wanted this baby it’s something I have to deal with. I was told I couldn’t have a certain medication because I was in my first trimester. I am 15 weeks pregnant I am in my second trimester I was just told it was ‘ the same thing ‘ I am absolutely disgusted how I was treated. I was told if I wanted to go to the gynae ward go to ane and see if they’ll refer me. This is not what I wanted I just need a different treatment route to help with the sickness. I did not once ask for a referral or say I was dehydrated to which I was repeadtly told I had no ketones in my urine so ‘ I’m not being sick anymore ‘ the whole appointment was totally unprofessional. There was no care or compassion at all was just told ‘ I was sick when I was pregnant and look at me I’m tiny ‘ the gp then carried on telling me because my obs are ok I don’t need any treatment. I’d just done 8 days as an inpatient really unwell on G5 and was told when I needed help to ring the service to which I did. I was told I could have a certain medication which I don’t react to well. Nothing was done and I walked out of the service feeling embarrassed and alone. I will be taking this further.

I was not listened to at all. Apparently the out of hours GP is an emergency service only and if I need help go to another GP.

I had an appointment for 12pm and was told when I arrived I would have to wait three hours past my appointment time at least to be seen
