The doctor I seen was lovely and very helpful. Checked everything and explained how the treatment would work.

I did have to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes to be seen which was disgusting to say I had an appointment booked. I understand that people go there from A&E as well but that shouldn’t affect the people who have pre booked appointment it seems pointless to give appointment time if your going to have to wait that long.

The nurse practitioner that was on duty for my appointment was fantastic. Thoroughly checked everything over to ease my concerns and explained everything clearly and in detail along with diagnosing the issue I had and prescribed myself some antibiotics to sort my issue out. She was brilliant.

Overall my experience wasn't nor good or bad

More attention should be paid to pregnant women, as I went there a doctor saw me, I had pains and nothing was done except taking a urine sample. No advice of what should I do or should I be concerned

Advised on telephone appointment at 8.15 after managing to get a lift to dri for the appointment I arrived to be told there was a delay but they could not tell me how long. After hearing patients and noticing the amount of sick people laying around on floors etc I asked the receptionist again who told I could be waiting for up to 4 hours I asked her to remove me from the list as my lift couldn’t wait this long When your given an appointment time I expect to be seen within at least 30 minutes either way of the appointment time Disgusting service Should be warned when the go phoned and books you in !!! I work for the Nhs and couldn’t be more embarrassed by the fact with care I have received lately

For 13 years I have suffered with an uncommon skin disease called hidradenitis supuritiva not many Drs know or have any knowledge of this condition but the Dr I saw knew about it and knew how to deal with it by called the surgeons which was reassuring as sometimes as Drs are unaware of this condition they just prescribe ABX which have no effect at all on the condition.

My appointment was 7:30 but I wasn’t seen until 8:30 as the department was very busy and there was only 2 Drs (that I seen) but I understand that A&E also send patients there without apps that the Drs have to see aswell.
