Because there the things that I have wrong with me.

Nothing really, Everything was swift and responsive from phone call to appointment. I was very impressed as I haven't been able to get into my doctors for about 2/3 years. So this service was a god send. Thank you.

Although the telephone service was very slow and required several assessments to be given an appointment, the doctor at the same day health centre was fantastic. Kind, caring but swift! In and out within a few minutes. Just what I needed. Brilliant service!

The process to get an appointment was long. First I tried to book on 111 online but I had to call that took 50 mins to be answered. I was then assessed and told I needed a call from a doctor which could have taken up to 12 hours! He called after a couple of hours. He then assessed me again and agreed I needed to see a doctor he gave me an appointment for in a further 2 hours time.

The nurse practitioner who I saw was very rude and stuck up. She hardly spoke 2 words to me and did not explain anything at all just checked me out, did obs then sat on computer typing and handed me the prescription

Because I was greatly surprised at the outstanding service I received

If anything the parking overflow could have been more explanatory as it didn’t say NHS parking and the sign for parking charges was informing you had to pay by mobile. I’m not very computer literate so couldn’t do that and I was anxious that I was going to receive a parking ticket. Just a small thing but it did concern me.

Always had a pleasant experience with my care/treatment from doctors and nurses

Can only make an appointment to see a doctor at 8am after that time it's impossible to get an appointment and the waiting time is over a week for an appointment before Bentley doctors merged I was able to ring at any point of the day and was able to get a same day appointment which was brilliant but now it's very frustrating and and makes me not want to ring any more as can't get to see any one or even get a requested call back if this could change it would be brilliant and more affective

The receptionist was very helpful mad surevi was ok. The doctor listened to what I had to say. Gave me stronger medication ti cope with the pain. Gave me advice how best to manage the pain.

I was unsure if I had to pay for parking plus didn't have any money with me so came back out of carpark and managed ti Park on the road. Maybe if when your given yiur appointment they advise that parking available on site and if you have to pay.

I didn't expect it to be such a good service. Although my appointment time was overdue it was well worth the wait. Excellent staff and nursing practioner.

Anxiety

The phone call back for an appointment was abrupt/rude and made me extremely anxious for the appointment. I was made to feel like I shouldn’t have called even though I called 111 - gave my symptoms and was told they were putting me forward to speak to a doctor. When I arrived the receptionist was lovely and I asked if my mum could stay with as I was anxious - she was completely understanding and fine (me and mum both wearing masks may I add) When I was called by the doctor I said I needed my mum as I was anxious - she was incredibly dismissive of this and was rude to my mum. When we got in the room she was frowning and making me uncomfortable I felt like a burden to be there even though I had been unwell for nearly 7 weeks. Then I had an anxiety attack and couldn’t stop crying and then I will admit she was much nicer to me and got me seen to quickly. She did also recommend I speak to someone about my anxiety. However, I feel that this might’ve been avoided being so bad had she been compassionate from the start.
