The nurse I saw was absolutely amazing! I wish she was my nurse all the time every time I need to see one! Nurse sandington thank you so so much for all your help. She was very friendly and caring, she was a face you want to see in the nhs. Please give my thank yous to nurse Diane sandington, she is a credit to Doncaster same day health centre.

Totally a waste of my time, waited 4 hours to be told I couldn't have any antibiotics, and needed to come for a appointment! I had strep throat and was to poorly to attend a appointment, but the doctor didn't care about me, just protocol. I've been given several prescriptions over the phone and no one to one appointments for 2 years, couldn't understand why the rules have suddenly changed.

Trusted my judgement that I knew I had bad strep throat,.and prescribed me the antibiotics. Definitely will not ring again would go straight to a&e.

The nurse who looked after me (13.07.22)when I was really un well was very polite and kind. She was very patient and checked at me throughly. I have had experience of doctors or nurses rushing at my own gp surgery. Place is very clean and tidy Receptionist is very welcoming I wish we could get this kind of service at our gp surgery

I gave my answer totally for the male receptionist and nurse practitioner the receptionist who was an absolute star if it wasnt for his outstanding professionalism due to a mix up with 111 and the out of hours doctor not updating the system i would not of been seen. his compassion/ dedication and amazing work ethic i cant say thank you enough

Inputted my 111 call data at 9.31 onto the system, ensured the doctor I spoke to just under an hour later was available to contact as he didnt complete my referral appointment and the number on my phone did not accept calls to the Blackpool number luckily i had numbers on my phone as evidence and the other lady waiting had also spoken to a Blackpool Doctor.

It is very difficult to find the health centre if you have not been before. You need more signs once you get into Cavendish court. Doctor repeatedly asked me what I think is wrong with myself, did not have proper equipment to do examinations with, e.g, tried to test my leg reflex by hitting a stethoscope on my knee. Did not have a proper sample pot to provide my urine sample in. Came away with no help after spending 20 mins in the office, told if condition worsens to phone 111 or go to a&e. Doctor told me to phone my GP so they could give me a proper diagnosis. Waste of time. May as well have carried on trying to contact my gp over 600 times.
