I don’t feel I have any of the long term conditions listed.

Just had to wait 7 hours from calling 111 to getting seen by a doctor, but I’m very grateful for the appointment.

Initial phone call to establish if urgent app required was questions with no relevance, answers required were extreme..ie does your head hurt like someone is smashing a hammer on your head. Not acceptable question. Also throughout the series of questions I answered yes to my gums and teeth aching from flue and the sinus problem and diagnosis was to seek treatment from my dentist which is completely wrong when 5 times I highlighted chesty flemmy cough, sinus pain, temperature and other general flu like symptoms.

When I went for the appointment at the same day health clinic the nurse that sat down with (black middle aged lady) was rude, abrupt, silent for long periods of time whilst on her computer then eventually handed me a prescription without informing me what she has given, I had to prompted 4 times...what is the medicine your prescribing..answer antibiotics...then probing further I asked which antibiotic...one word response Amoxacillin, then I asked how often should I take them, response was 3 times a day, then I asked is it to be taken with food or empty stomach and response was.. you read the instructions. Extremely rude attitude and I was genuinely confused walking out of the appointment, I was only polite and simply asked all the additional questions rather than telling her to speak politely. Her manners, eticates and delivery were very poor, no inter personal skills and truly believe the nurse requires to go on a course and learn how to speak with patients/public with sincerity and some kind of empathy or just speak with sentences not one word answers. I was really upset with how she treated me and felt belittled and spoken down to. Social skills, people skills and general language needs to be delivered nicely. This is the first horrible experience I had an would expect this to change please, if you allocate the exact person from my details below, my app was on 20/09/22, my name is Sachin joshi. Very difficult questions just to get an appointment, example - does your head hurt as if it has been hit with a hammer! Then I got refused and got recommended to see a dentist The senior nurse that saw me was not polite at all and did not explain anything. I had to ask the questions and I received short, sarcastic answers. She needs training on how to speak to patients politely and have two way conversation

A nurse to talk to to make an appointment, without asking impossible questions A doctor or senior nurse for consultation who are trained in talking to patients politely and compassionately, not just medical knowledge

Visiting from Scotland and being aware of the trials and tribulations of the NHS I was very pleasantly surprised at the prompt efficient treatment I received after securing an appointment within hours. It is gratifying to know there are NHS units one can rely upon to treat relatively minor afflictions which require timely treatment.

Don't think so as the whole process was optimal.

Suddenly become unwell then unable to swallow anything due to my throat being sore and swollen was seen within a few hours and gave a prescription for treatment straight away.

I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, however for the past year I have been experiencing different symptoms with varying degrees of pain, my GP did not make a referral for a MRI scan despite being told to by a surgeon, I was shown the care and support I expected to and have since been referred for an MRI along with further diagnosis of my current symptoms thank you Dr Oakford

Fabulous experience .Not busy,socially distanced seating and mask wearing,which made someone Iike me who is still very careful and nervous feel safe. The staff where really good and kind . No lengthy waiting . The whole experience was great. Thank you.

If it continues as it was when I attended then nothing needs changing .
