You provide an essential service very well, from the point of call to the consultation and treatment. I wish my GP could do it as well as you.

I brought my Grandma in, who is 91… had mastitis with an abscess which had ruptured. I cannot thank Colin and the GP (I didn’t catch her name, she had blonde hair and glasses) but they were incredible. Kind and compassionate without a doubt they went the extra mile to make sure my grandma got the care she needed. They didn’t have to do what they did. But they saw my Grandmas age and adjusted their care accordingly making sure her comfort was their paramount concern. The pair of them are a credit to the service

It was a relief to be seen quickly and very understanding doctor. I wish you were my GP.

Overall the system and care was good.

Unfortunately it became apparent that a nurse had not turned up for shift on our visit. We were informed an hour after our appointment time. I totally understand these things happen (I also work in the NHS). They brought over a NP from DRI, who was clearly unhappy about the move. Initially the consultation was a little frosty but all settled down and ended well. There was an unhappy patient in the waiting room who brought the receptionist to tears. The patient, in my opinion, was totally out of order and I do hope that the receptionist hadn’t taken anything personally.

The service I received was friendly, quick and listened to my problem and was very understanding

Just probably more signs leading upto the surgery as we drove past it a few times and sat nab kept taking us to the back entry which was locked

The service was fantastic at my appointment. Staff were attentive, approachable, friendly and competent.

Getting access to the service/treatment was terrible. I called at 10am, and again several times through the day but only received a triage call back from a health professional at 5.30pm. Once that happened my appointment was arranged for 8pm and everything went smoothly thankfully but the initial wait for a response really was very poor.

Lovely practitioner I saw I couldn’t have asked for better care from him. He was thorough and listened to what I was telling him before giving a diognosis following an examination
