I felt very at ease and so did my son ,i feel that the staff had time to listen and showed care and empathy unlike my own go earlier in the day .

I didn’t have to wait long until i was seen. Lovely receptionist and Doctor who treated me. It was Boxing day so very busy.

I think everything was ok and have nothing to add.

The doctor was lovely so friendly, reassuring and professional. The service was so quick too.

It could be a little bit yrixky for people to find the actual place to go so maybe better signposting.

Given an appointment through a doctor call back from 111 and was seen within 5 minutes of appointment time, really kind staff throughout

Excellent service, took a while to get through but once connected , we managed to get an appointment for my mum that afternoon…. The wound care nurse ( I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name or was it Hayleigh ?? ) was absolutely brilliant. She was kind, empathetic and extremely helpful and put us in the right direction for a mattress for mums bed and a wheelchair for mums height …. Please pass her my mums and my gratitude and thanks . The practice as a whole is efficient and would highly recommend it for others to use .

Perhaps less waiting time for the call to be answered but that I realise is normality now …. This is no a criticism just a suggestion ….. everything else was excellent

Happy with care I received

We had been to the practice on the 21st dec with my 6 yr old as he had been unwell and that doctor has prescribed him antibiotics.The service was great! He asked if he had a rash, which he had a faint one about the size of a 10p. On the 22nd he woke up head to toe with a rash. We were given another apt at 1330hr. Due to Christmas traffics we arrived 10 mins late. I asked the receptionist if the dr might still see us, we would be happy to wait. She said, “he’s still in your sons record, I’ll see if he will still see him”. The doctors reply was “I’m going for my lunch”! I appreciate it was my fault that we were late but I find it disgusting that the doctor refused to see a child with a rash in light of all the strep A , scarlet fever etc going around. And it is for this reason I gave such low reviews. Luckily one of the nurses kindly offered to see my son….. and that is the difference between a nurses care and a doctors care.

The doctor could have seen my sons rash!!
