I was extremely happy to get an appointment as I was feeling very ill. The doctor was very attentive and made sure I knew what he was doing and what he was checking. He was very concerned about my health and guided me well.

There should be more clinics like this so no complaints

Alzheimer’s Sight only in one eye I am not the patient but answering for her

You are all working under a great deal of stress To say it was New Year’s Day I thought the service was good The only thing I would criticise is 45 minutes for the 111 phone to be answered

It was a really upsetting, awful experience. I didn’t get seen until an hour after my appointment, and my concerns were totally ignored. This experience alone is the reason I have signed up for private healthcare. Never in my life did I expect a healthcare professional to send me away and tell me to ring a gp in the week as she isn’t able to help with the fact that I have a UTI. Just insane. She refused to help me because I also mentioned having issues swallowing. I came away no better off than before I went in.

I was told local pharmacy was open so went and it was closed. Maybe have details of local pharmacy opening hours especially on a bank holiday
