Was there 2 hours before I wasn't even seen them when I did he said that nothing he could say or do so he referd to a&e which I didn't I went too my doctor's the day after and with in mins they said that I needed too be on some tablets

I don’t have a condition

I got seen pretty quickly even though we were told there was a 45 minute wait. The doctor I saw was very helpful and made me feel like my issues were being listened to. The only improvement I would suggest is that the waiting room was very quiet, maybe have the radio on or some sort of music to calm people.

At the centre i was very happy. The nurse i saw was very thorough and helped immediately. Unfortunately i cannot say the same for the 111 doctor. Due to an issue with the initial medication which was prescribed i had to wait 3 hours for a further callback so was unable to obtain any medication. He was rude and totally challenged the need for the medication despite having been seen in person.

Its silly there is no longer a direct phone number for the centre. The issue i has could have been resolved within minutes instead of having to go back through 111 and missing out on medication i needed.

Don’t give a wait time for the doctor calling you back she said within 2 hours it was 3 and a half

I went with an infection in my scar on my face. They were really fantastic with me and got it all sorted.

There is nothing you could have done better , I was really happy that you could see me as my own Dokters would not see me . I had a mole removed from my face had 5 stitches removed and ended up with infection in it . I explained to my own Dokters that is was bleeding and puss coming out of it and as it was on my face I was really worried. I was told to ring your centre and I got sorted within a hour . Thank you so much for sorting me out with antibiotics and I am much better now .
