Nothing I got treatment and medication but ended up having to go for a chest x-ray a week later

I called for a prescription at 12pm. I was given an appointment at 2pm. Was seen within 15 minutes of the appointment time, the dr was lovely and caring and I was given the prescription straight away. Back home by 2:30pm. Great service,

I have a few possibly age related conditions which are usually easy to cope with.

The Doctor was running over an hour late for my appointment but this was more of a concern for families with small children We were made aware of the delay right from the beginning.

Ease of appointment, following telephone conversation. Seen same day as symptoms reoccured and given excellent service by nurse practitioner at venue. Ability to be prescribed medication from nurse practitioner and follow up instructions as well as being given venue for pharmacy nearby that was open at that time for emergency prescription. A throughly efficient service provided. My thanks to all contributors.

I have back problems and walking difficulties

Communication with the nurse I saw was not good as I found it very difficult to understand her English. Equally she found it difficult to understand me

I had the flu at Xmas and I’m too much of a workaholic to go to the doctors and unfortunately I had to put up with painkillers daily for three weeks since I developed sinusitis, I thought it’d just go away but I was wrong! When I was using 9 tablets a day I gave my head a wobble and realised this is how people get used to prescription drugs! One of the silent killers, so I went in and was prescribed with Dyocoxyle (can’t spell) and it’s cleared it up thank you so much!

I visited twice Sunday 22nd January and Monday 23rd January my answers are for the Monday visit as on Sunday the appt was very rushed I wasn’t checked correctly no vital signs done resulting in me having to have a hospital visit which possibly could have been prevented or maybe going earlier to save me becoming so Ill. The nurse I saw Monday was excellent very thorough and got me the correct treatment.

Checked me over correctly on my first visit could have saved time for everyone.
