Service was very good although I would have expected to be referred for X-ray/blood tests without having to attend A&E when we are advised not to visit the same unless a medical emergency

I was able to attend to see a GP after speaking with the initial call handler and then a nurse who then rang later.

It would be really useful to have an approximate or ballpark time of when to expect the phone call as you need to be with the patient when the return call is received. Just would have made it a little easier as it would have allowed me to do some essential shopping for an elderly relative as I could have worked it around the expected phone call. Also would be good to know more about the practice so for example do they take on patients or is it designed only for ad-hoc go services?

Was called back when I was told I would be, was kept up to date when I arrived about waiting times, received excellent attention from the staff and doctor.

Wrongy diagnosed which lead to a major painful long lasting infection and was recommended to report the doctor for her incompetence and it's not the first time this has happened the hospital informed us .

Eveything on a 2nd visit still got it wrong .

I have a long term and life threatening condition, and whilst it is rare, I did have to continually show the staff a leaflet on how it’s treated.

111 told us to go here yet I was looked at with disgust for even being there and not in a+e as they “couldn’t do any tests”. I was therefore sent to a+e for another 21 hour wait after the already 2 hour delayed appointment at the same day health centre.

Treated professionally and competently by the wound care nurses Michelle and Lucy. Everything ran to time.

It would have been helpful to know in advance where the reception was as the signage wasn’t clear for the wound care clinic

The ANP I saw was fantastic

Was absolutely fine, no suggestions as I did not notice anything that needed improving.

The staff was very professional and caring, the nurse I saw was very understanding, she listened to my concerns and discussed carefully with me what treatment would be best to relieve my issues. She I was very pleased.
