The doctor was amazing so thorough and couldn’t have done any more to help he deserved a medal he does, he wax better than my normal doctor

I brought my daughter in and from the moment the male dr shouted her name he was huffing and puffing at us. When he was listening to her chest he huffed and said why you here! Then he felt her glands and saw her throat and realised she was really poorly and had glandular fever and her heart rate was high, then he finally started to listen to her, but before that he didn’t care or even seem interested we felt very uncomfortable with him

Tell the dr to make them feel comfortable and not huff, puff because he is at work and make us feel we shouldn’t be there

Some admin confusion where my surgery passed me to the centre instead of seeing me themselves, but the centre were excellent throughout.

I have had asthma type symptoms periodically

The system worked perfectly. After my diagnosed antibiotics my chest infection improved rapidly over the next few days

My condition needs further analysis. I had similar condition as a child on my feet which I now have on my hands. I may need antibiotics or a more aggressive creme depending on results of any test. But no further action was recommended and just told to moisturize my hands. Im paying decent money per year for healthcare then the advice is inappropriate.

I just need someone who can look at my issue, recognize it and be able to prescribe an appropriate treatment. If not then make a referral to a specialist who can be better placed to help or at very least a follow up. To leave with none of these is a failure.

I waited from 4am to get an appointment at 1530... I had a severe water infection. I had a lot of blood in my urine... I informed everyone how important the infection must be treated as I only have one kidney. I was told 1.5hr wait...I couldn't sit that long with the risk of wetting myself.

Offered to dip the test I handed over snd quick antibiotic script

I had an appointment at 930pm Saturday evening and when I arrived straight away was told it was a 3/4 hour wait even though I had been waiting 18 hours for a call back with an apt I waited 2 hours to be told the wait was extended and this would mean being seen at 2/3am for my 930pm appointment so I left

Notified before arrival of the 4/5 hour delay Had more doctors available to see the patients or don’t give out appointments if they can’t be honoured
