Absolute waste of time - despite the fact I had spent the previous day and the morning I rang same day care trying to get through to my doctors surgery, because the same day health centre could not see me within two hours of the nhs 111 call , I was still referred back to my doctors surgery. Do I feel I was treated with care and dignity - no, there was no care or compassion shown, just an inflection less voice who sounded like she was reading from a script.

I came with a water infection .didnt have to long a waite once in .the male nurse i saw was so kind and understanding.

Nothing was clear, when the doctor saw me he didn’t know what I was even being seen for. Then after waiting an hour I was told I couldn’t even be helped after 111 had told me to attend.

Arrived few minutes before appointment. Receptionist was very polite and welcoming. Sat down was called almost immediately. Doctor was very welcoming and soon got to what was causing my problem. Gave me prescription. Receptionist found out which chemist was open for me and off we went. The health centre was very light and clean. Everyone I met was very helpful and polite.

As far as I was concerned everything was great.

The lady I saw was arrogant wasn’t intrested at all and fobbed me off. Ended up in A&E the following day
