The centre was in utter silence, some music or the tv on would have been beneficial. The waiting time was very long despite havjng an appt time and it was totally unclear why some people walked straight in to see someone whilst others were waiting nearly an hour.

The nurse who saw me was very rude. She did not look at me when talking to me just looked at her computer screen. She also sighed a lot when I was explaining my symptoms. I completely felt not listened to and as though she couldn’t be bothered! I have seen this nurse on a previous occasion with one of my children as has my husband, and each time she had the same attitude! It is unacceptable to behave like that when people come to you for help. I work in the NHS and would never treat my patients in that way. This nurse needs some further training in communication skills and how to treat her patients.

Excellent service - wish we had the same where we live

First class - can’t think of an improvement -!perhaps the initial phone triage was a bit tedious for what was really a simple toe infection

Clinic run on time, I was made to feel welcome. Overall my visit was excellent
