Untimely urine infection that was dealt with quickly Thankyou very much

Nothing all information was taken when I phoned up about being under consultant with problem that seems to be causing urine infections

Fantastic customer service. Phoned Saturday and got an appointment for Sunday. My issue was dealt with quickly.

Just maybe to have phoned me to let me know you were running 30 mins behind with appointments.

The triage was a big long winded, when it was clear I was at that time unwell, but once I got to the clinic the care I received was first class, the doctor was brilliant.

Stop asking irrelevant questions at triage, I appreciate you need to be sure about things, but if it’s just one issue that needs resolving deal with that anything else can be picked up during the appointment. All in all though satisfying better than my GP practice

I was told my appointment was 1pm but it was as 40 minutes late, and the doctor seemed irritated and rushed. He spoke too fast and when I asked him to repeat or answered incorrectly he seemed annoyed. He asked me if I was allergic to certain antibiotics which I wasn’t sure if I’d ever had and asked me to ask my mum instead of looking at my medical records. I felt like I was inconveniencing him and didn’t feel happy at all.

been more welcoming and on time, a bit late is fine but 40 minutes is shocking bearing in mind there were never any more than 5 people in the waiting room at one time and people with later appointments were seen before me. the doctor needs to seriously think about his attitude as he made me feel very nervous and wish I had never came

I was treated with courtesy and respect all the way through, the organisation was good, really top class care.

Just surprised by the parking charge, but not a major issue.
